Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sharp Brain 30-Day Program — Results Guarantee

You get a full refund of your fee only if all of these are true:

1. You completed all 30 days of practice in the app.
2. You completed all 7 classes, live or by watching a recording that Dr. Kapil approves.
3. You took both the Day 1 and the Day 30 reading tests.
4. You ask for the refund within 7 days of completing Day 30. After that, the guarantee no longer applies.
5. On Day 30, both your effective reading speed and your retention (how much you remember from the test passage) show no improvement over Day 1.

Before a refund, we may ask you to repeat the Day 30 test with Dr. Kapil on Zoom.

• Eligibility: you must have completed all 30 days, all 7 classes (live, or a recording Dr. Kapil approves) and both reading tests. Partial completion, or stopping partway through, isn’t covered by this guarantee — see “Cancelling before finishing” below for that case instead.
• What “results” means: your own effective reading speed and retention (comprehension in the fair reading test), recorded by the app in your Day 1 and Day 30 reading tests. We use this real, recorded data to evaluate every guarantee claim — not a subjective judgment call.
• How to request it: message us on WhatsApp or email info@mindurmind.org.in within 7 days of completing Day 30, referencing the email or phone number you enrolled with. We’ll verify your checkpoint data and confirm the outcome within 3 business days.
• Processing time: once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-10 business days.

Cancelling before finishing: if you stop before completing all 30 days and 7 classes, the results guarantee above doesn’t apply. Message us — we handle these on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future batch, depending on how much of the program you’ve used.

Other programs (Retreats, 1-on-1 Coaching, Courses)

These programs don’t carry the Sharp Brain 30-Day Program’s results guarantee, since they’re not structured around a measurable WPM/comprehension checkpoint the way Sharp Brain is.

• Retreats (online and residential): cancel at least 7 days before the retreat’s start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date aren’t refundable, but we’ll offer to move your seat to a future batch where one is available.
• 1-on-1 Mind Coaching with Dr. Kapil: refundable in full if canceled before your first session. Once your first session has taken place, remaining unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion — message us to discuss your specific situation.
• Self-paced courses (e.g. the 21-Day Overthinking Reset): refundable within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t completed more than 20% of the course content.
