Start with a baseline — your reading speed, comprehension or stress score on Day 1.
Learn the technique live with Dr. Kapil Dev Sharma — step by step, not a recording.
Short daily sessions in the app or on WhatsApp — usually 10 to 20 minutes.
Compare with your own Day 1 baseline, so progress is measured, not claimed.
Offline workshops include a live EEG brain-state demo — for learning and engagement, not a medical test.

Workshops on focus, stress and clear decision-making for corporate teams, and Sharp Brain for Schools — focus, memory, smart reading and mobile discipline for students.
Start with the problem you want to solve. Reading and remembering → Sharp Brain 30-Day Program. Overthinking and stress → the 21-Day Overthinking Reset, or 1-on-1 Mind Coaching with Dr. Kapil for personal help. Calm focus at work → the Executive Brain Performance Workshop. Deeper meditation → the retreats. Not sure? Take a free test or message us on WhatsApp.
Both, clearly separated. The brain and mind programs are science-informed training — reading, attention, memory and stress-management techniques, measured from your own baseline. The retreats teach traditional meditation practices. None of it is therapy or medical treatment; if you are in treatment or in crisis, please consult a licensed professional.
Most programs run online and live. In-person options: offline Sharp Brain Workshops, the Executive Brain Performance Workshop in Mumbai, and residential retreats in Lonavala and Rishikesh.
The 21-Day Overthinking Reset is taught in Hindi. For other programs, message us on WhatsApp to confirm the language of your batch. This website is available in English and Hindi — use the EN / हिंदी switch at the top.
Each program’s terms are on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. Sharp Brain 30-Day Program also carries a results guarantee: You get a full refund of your fee only if all of these are true: (1) You completed all 30 days of practice in the app. (2) You completed all 7 classes, live or by watching a recording that Dr. Kapil approves. (3) You took both the Day 1 and the Day 30 reading tests. (4) You ask for the refund within 7 days of completing Day 30. After that, the guarantee no longer applies. (5) On Day 30, both your effective reading speed and your retention (how much you remember from the test passage) show no improvement over Day 1. Before a refund, we may ask you to repeat the Day 30 test with Dr. Kapil on Zoom.
