You may benefit from personal work if…
“I understand my patterns but still repeat them.”
“I want guidance, not more information.”
“I feel mentally overloaded.”
“Group programs don't fully fit my situation.”
Six starting points, shaped around you
Overthinking
Understanding the thought patterns that run automatically — and building the capacity to engage them differently.
Focus
Developing the ability to direct attention intentionally — at work, in conversation, and in daily life.
Meditation Practice
Establishing a personal practice that is actually sustainable — guided, adjusted, and made to fit your routine.
Emotional Awareness
Learning to notice emotional states before they determine reactions — with more clarity and less reactivity.
Mental Clarity
Creating the internal conditions where decisions, communication, and daily experience become less draining.
Personal Growth
Working on specific patterns, habits, or areas of life that aren't responding to information alone.
Every programme is customised. The areas listed above are starting points — sessions are shaped around what's relevant to you, not a fixed curriculum. No guaranteed outcomes are promised or implied.
Group program vs. Personal Intensive.
| Group Program | Personal Intensive | |
|---|---|---|
| Setting | Shared with others | Private, one-on-one only |
| Pace | Fixed batch schedule | Your schedule, your pace |
| Content | Standardised for group | Designed for your situation |
| Availability | Scheduled monthly batches | Apply anytime, start when ready |
| Follow-Up | Shared group check-ins | Direct follow-up between sessions |

Before you apply
How is this different from the group programs?+
Group programs (like the 30-Day Masterclass or the 11-Day Retreat) run on a fixed schedule with standardised content for everyone in the batch. This is private, one-on-one, and shaped entirely around your own situation — the pace, focus areas, and format adjust to you, not the other way around.
What if I'm not sure what I need help with?+
That's exactly what the short conversation step is for. You don't need a clear diagnosis before applying — just a sense of what's not working. Dr. Sharma helps identify the actual focus area during that first exchange, before any plan is proposed.
Is this therapy?+
No. This is a personal-development and coaching practice, not a substitute for licensed therapy or psychiatric care. If you're currently in treatment for a mental health condition, or in crisis, please consult a licensed professional or local emergency services.
What happens after I apply?+
You'll hear back for a short call or WhatsApp conversation to understand your situation. After that, a session plan is proposed — you decide whether to proceed. There's no upfront commitment at the application stage.
